OK… So I haven’t done such a great job of posting blogs. There was one major problem… I could not get online in Anta (the place we were staying). So I guess I will write this blog on our way home. We are in the Atlanta airport waiting on our flight. All is well. God has worked in amazing ways among our people and among the people whom we saw. Our flight here has been delayed for an hour and we are all ready to get home, but at least we are in the US. We will be sharing in the evening service this Sunday, March 20. Make your plans and come hear about our trip.

We have arrived safely in Atlanta. Thanks for your prayers. We went through Memphis security with one person (Glen) being stopped. He was released (peanut butter may not be the best to put in a carry on). We are doing well and excited to leave here. Our flight is leaves Atlanta at 5:15 (Eastern time). Please pray that we will make it through Lima customs with no problems. Also pray as we ride up the mountain 8 hours right when we get out of the airport. I will not be able to post again until Sunday afternoon, so please continue to pray for us. Thanks.

We are getting ready for our trip to Peru. We will be leaving in two short days headed down. The picture above is one of the tallest mountains in Peru and we will be able to see it everyday. Our location will be in a region outside of Huaraz, Peru. We will be staying in a town called Anta and working in Santa Rosa and another village that I will misspell if I try to spell it here. Please be praying for us as we head down.
Below are some specific requests:
- Travel safety
- Minimal problems getting the medicines through customs in Lima.
- Patience and understanding as we work with people with whom communication is difficult.
- Most of all, God’s glory. Pray that in all that we do and say, God is glorified.
