This Sunday afternoon we will gather back in this place to “officially” dedicate these facilities to the Lord. I say, “officially,” because for many of us a kind of private dedication has already taken place. For years now, we have sought the Lord’s blessing as we have walked the grounds of this place prior to, during, and even after construction. I believe most would agree that the Lord has already moved in, and today we are simply saying that we want Him to continue to move through us to accomplish His will. The service is scheduled at 3:00 this Sunday afternoon in hopes that other churches will join us for this celebration. The dedication will serve as our evening service. Let’s fill this place a second time today as a testimony to our community that we are willing to be His hands, His feet, and His voice in this world. We are, after all, called to be the salt of the earth and the light of the world.
